As owner and consultant, Ms. Noland manages and leads projects using team-based design techniques to solve clients’ problems in all facets of business, process, information, performance, and organization management. Concentrating on the human or functional needs of the business, she structures and guides projects to help clients transform their business needs into new strategic plans and organizational visions, product designs, redesigned business processes, business system architectures, and/or detailed computer systems requirements. She tailors and conducts courses in business process engineering, data modeling, project management, team building and communication, problem solving, and group facilitation.
Ms. Noland has been a consultant in business visioning; process, data, systems, and organization design; and project management arenas for 42 years. She is knowledgeable in various business and systems analysis and design methodologies, such as Business Process Engineering, Information Engineering, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Process Improvement, and IDEF. She has provided highly-skilled group facilitation and training services to a diverse client base. She has designed and led regional and national workshops and conferences. She has managed projects for Fortune 500s, non-profits, universities, and federal and municipal organizations.
